Iran, 6 and a half years old
Alireza had cerebral palsy (between grade 3 and 4) due to an intraventricular hemorrhage occurred two days after his birth.
Before the treatment
He could move his entire body, but was quite spastic: Ali could not keep his head up, nor could sit or stand by himself. Had much difficulty in sleeping and stayed awake crying four or five times a night. He could not speak.

Note
Alireza had fever every time he received injections, and this is not a normal reaction. The fevers were not serious but his parents believe that if they did not occur, Ali's improvements could have been greater: there is no way to know whether this is true or not. Unlike many other patients' parents did after they returned home, Alireza’s mother sent a note on july 22nd saying that there were no further improvements.
