FLIGHTS
For the reservation of the flight, it’s better to address yourself to your Travel Agency of confidence, because it’s very important that you arrive at your destination with the least possible number of stops and long waits for transshipments. The trip is very long and tiring, and also for the purposes of the preliminary examination that you should have, we would appreciate that you arrive at destination in good form.
Once again, in your interest we recommend you to insist with your travel agent about your need to avoid a stressful flight

VISAS
We remind you that to get to People’s Republic of China is essential a visa. For this purpose please refer on the same travel agency that you ask for the ticket : a good agency is perfectly capable of carrying out all in a reasonable time, so our advice is not to try other methods. You should  calculate from seven to ten days to obtain a visa.
In order to obtain the visa is absolutely indispensable to present to your travel agency an ‘’invitation letter" issued by Chinese  institution or company. We will provide you this document: after the purchase of the ticket, let us know  Date/Schedule/flight number as well as the names of patient and the person who will travel with him or her. After just a few days you will get the invitation letter that you may submit to your travel agency which will then carry on the processing of your visa.

WHEELCHAIR
Should your conditions require a wheelchair, we recommend you to bring the most  compact and lightest chair that you have. Wheelchair large, heavy, or non- folding would be not only uncomfortable during the flight but would create an additional problem on arrival, as our vans (type SUV) for the transportation not have a lifting platform.

RECEPTION ON THE AIRPORT
You will be awaited at the airport by a Beike staff member holding a sign with your name on it and will transport your immediate to the hospital. The travel from the airport to the hospital is short and  is included in the total cost – no extra charge, in this case.
