Hello to everyone, we are Alessandro and Michela, parents of the little Kevin, born in Sassari on July 3,2006. Since Kevin was born has suffered four operations: kidneys, heart, bladder benign tumor, reconstruction of the genital and, as if were not enough, in July 2007 was diagnosed a spastic tetraplegic.

Kevin was also blind for an optic nerve hypoplasia. In April we wanted to try a new road: that of stem cells.
Thanks to Beike Europe we arrived in Bangkok the 1st April, 2008 where Kevin was subjected to a treatment of 6 injections of umbilical stem cells and from our return at home on May 5,2008, we see several changes: the muscular tone is more relaxed, he has more appetite, he rests more (consequently we too) and he reacts more to lights and can see the shadows: before his eyes are fixed and now he follows the movements of people around him for a radius of three meters.

We are amazed. Now we are waiting for other changes that they can to live a normal life in the future.
